Thank you for setting up your dog’s account. We are looking forward to meeting you and your pup!

Please check out all of the information below to learn how to set your dog up for the service you are interested in. We have a really amazing community of dogs and dog families here at Dog City Hotel & Spa and we’re so happy you chose us for your furry family member! Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm

Saturday & Sunday: 10am-4pm

Holidays: Closed

Our lobby hours are strict. We do not unlock or open the door outside of these hours for the safety of our staff and the dogs in our care. If you are unable to make it during our lobby hours, please come back when we are open or arrange for a friend or family member to pick up or drop off your dog during our open hours. Thank you for your cooperation of our very strict safety policies!

Vaccinations

Now that you have an account with us, the first step is to upload your dog’s vaccination records. You can do this by logging into your account then clicking “file uploads.”

If you don’t have a digital copy of the records you can either take a photo of the vaccination records to upload, you can email them to us (hello@dogcityhotelandspa.com), you can ask your vet to email them to us, or you can text them to us.

Your dog must be spayed/neutered (if over 6 months) and up to date on rabies, bordetella, and DHPP if they will be in daycare or overnight boarding.

All dogs who come in for grooming will need to have their rabies vaccination if over 5 months old.

Temperament Tests

All dogs who will be attending daycare or boarding are required to pass a temperament test first. The temperament test is $55 and we schedule these Monday-Friday by appointment only. You will drop your pup off between 7am-9am and pick up anytime between 2pm-7pm. We will observe you dog’s behavior and play style to make sure that they are feeling comfortable and having fun in a group setting. After your dog passes their temperament test, you will be able to book daycare and boarding through your account online!

Daycare

Monthly subscription packages are available! You can also book single days of daycare.

Daycare- $45/day

Daycare Subscription Packages

1 day per week $165/month ($38.08/day)

2 days per week $320/month ($36.92/day)

3 days per week $460/month ($35.38/day)

4 days per week $600/month ($34.62/day)

VIP DOG (scheduled every M-F) $740/month ($34.15/day)

*Subscription daycare packages are automatically billed monthly to your credit card on file. Unused days cannot be rolled over to another week, transferred, or accumulated. You have to stick to a two-month commitment period. We require a 30-day notice for cancellations.

Our Daycare hours are:

Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm

Saturday & Sunday: No daycare

Late pickups will be charged $1 per minute up to 15 minutes. At 7:15 if you have not picked up your daycare pup, they will be signed into boarding and you may pick them up when we open the next day.

Doggy Hotel - Overnight Boarding

After your dog passes their temperament test, you will be able to book boarding through your online account. All boarding dogs play in daycare during the day and we have overnight staff who give the dogs a late night potty break and check on our guests throughout the night to make sure they are comfortable and safe!

Boarding- $65/day

(last day is free if checked out by noon, checkouts after 12noon will add daycare price for the day)

*A $5 daily charge is added to all nights that fall on holidays and holiday peak times, ask us about which days these apply to. We are open 365 days a year but the office is closed for pickups and drop-offs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Day, Easter, the 4th of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

To utilize our dog spa you can click “Request a Grooming” after you have signed into your account. Check our website for grooming estimated prices by breed.

Dog Photography

We love dog photography so much that we built a doggy photo studio! We offer photo packages several times a year. Check out our social media accounts for examples of our current package. Your dog does *not* have to attend daycare here to book a photo package!

Dog City Bakery

We have our own, in-house dog bakery! Our treats are handmade right here in our bakery, in small batches with human-grade ingredients. Be sure to check out our bakery case in the lobby to get your pup a fun treat!

Room Service

Did you know we offer Room Service? We have a variety of treats you can order for your dog to have during daycare or boarding.

Check out our frozen Kongs! We stuff them with yummy treats and a dental stick, seal them with peanut butter, then freeze. They last most dogs over an hour. Stuffed Kongs provide mental stimulation and something fun to do while your dog works for their treats. If you add a Kong to your dog’s boarding reservation, we’ll give it to your dog at bedtime. If you want your dog to have one during daycare, we’ll give it to them during nap time. Just $5 each! We often post a photo or video of your dog with their special treat on our social media stories so be sure to check out our Instagram and Facebook pages! Just request Room Service through your account or text us to schedule a treat for your pup.
